A Sunday Surprise
While jigging for perch sunday, I was rewarded with a nice 17" Rainbow Trout.
Great looking blog. I grew up in Schroon Lake and spent so much time fishing that lake and river. The North Country is something special. Moved to Arizona to discover fly fishing, but I go back every summer and wander around the Adirondacks. Maybe when I am back this summer we can arrange a day on the water or a beer. Look forward to seeing more about my hometown.
AZ- I'll try to keep you updated. Schroon Lake is iced over and safe to the north of the narrows. Below zero weather should make things fully safe this week.
When you get back, shoot me an e-mail and we can go pound some brookie water and down a Saranac or two.
